Terms of Service
These terms explain how organizations may use TransInvent software, cloud services, licensing, and support.
Software Use
TransInvent is provided for inventory, procurement, finance, POS, branch movement, and related business operations. Organizations are responsible for entering accurate data and assigning user permissions correctly.
Licensing
Access to cloud sync, device pairing, POS, reports, and other features may depend on the selected license plan. License terms, device limits, and renewal periods are managed through the TransInvent app and developer cloud dashboard.
Cloud Sync and Data
Cloud features help synchronize organization activity across authorized devices. Organizations are responsible for internet access, user account control, and protecting their login credentials.
Support
Support is provided through Chijilucky Digital using official support channels. Contact support@mail.transinvent.com for product support.
Acceptable Use
Users must not attempt to bypass licensing, access another organization without permission, tamper with cloud services, or use the system for unlawful activity.
Updates
These terms may be updated as TransInvent grows. Continued use of the software after updates means the organization accepts the latest terms.
